This storyline is finally over and I’m excited. If you’re an person pays close attention to detail, you can see that I am using a new font. It’s called Creative Block from blambots.com.
You can also notice that there’s no lineart in the last panel. I haven’t used lines with my backgrounds, and this time I decided not to with the foreground. I’m a big fan of Digital Painting, so I hoping to get better at it.
Stay tooned!

I did notice, Michelle. Very nice work.
Thanks, John.
I think you’re pretty damn good at digital painting already Michelle. Your comic is easily one of the best coloured strips on the web today!
Great strip by the way.
Thanks, Craig. If I push myself more, I think I’ll be great like Machall and Applegeeks. A force to be reckoned with in the world of webcomics.
Michelle, I love JOE as usual, but why do you always change the way you draw? eg. the difference between this comic and the drawing technique of the story of that angry dog
This is a good question, Trevory. I’m experimenting, I believe if I try other techniques out, my “original” style will get better. The more I put into it, the better the results will be with the drawings I make.
You should post some tutorials on your coloring technique. I liked the old font…what was that called?
It’s called Letter-o-matic. I’ve done a Coloring Tutorial it’s on my Deviant Art page. http://tinyurl.com/n8x6sh
Great tutorial…now you need a video one for those of us who don’t read.. ha ha.
LOL! Lazy! I don’t have the gear to do that.
Awesome strip, M! I love the lack of outline in the last panel. I think that with your level of skill and expertise, you can really go far with that style.
I commend you on your desire (need?) to push yourself artistically. Keep it going!
Thanks, G!
I agree with everyone, Michelle!
And I especially like your idea of ANY experimentation being good for the strip.
P.S. I would so be up for signing off with a Codename all the time. Like a secret agent! Or, even better, members of a secret society
.
J
LOL. Ok. You will be known as “J”.
yeah, that last panel looks so coool
Thanks, Tyler.
