If you don’t use Myspace, you won’t get the punchline. When you join Myspace, you’re automatically befriended by a guy named “Tom.” Tom is the co-founder of Myspace. When I first joined the social network, I thought, “Wow! This person is interested in getting to know me!” Then, I found out he had over a million people on his friend’s list, so I got rid of the loser.

Hahaha! I really love this punchline. I vividly remember my first few days on MySpace. I was so happy that I had a new friend named Tom to get me acclimated to cyberspace social networking.

Tom definitely is real. I’ve seen him on The Tyra Show when she had a “Myspace Party.” Although, he never said anything. Just smiled. It was weird.

The same thing happened to me on DrunkDuck. The second I joined I was friended by a certain individual. I soon noticed that he was friends with EVERYONE whose profile I checked out. I figured he was just some guy lookin’ for friends. It turned out he was the site’s code administrator. XD
